Terms and conditions

1. Platform operator

The Randora platform (the "Platform") is operated by Solaas Tech SRL, VAT/CIF 54888013, registered office at Strada Prieteniei nr. 7, bl. P, sc. B, ap. 26, Constanța, Romania ("Randora", "we"). You can reach us atcontact@randora.ro.

By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Platform.

2. The service

Randora turns 3D models uploaded by users into photorealistic rendered images through an automated, AI-assisted process. The result depends on the quality and completeness of the uploaded model; section 10 describes the limits of the service.

3. Account and authentication

You can create an account with email and password or by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. You must be at least 18 years old or legally able to enter into contracts. You can ask us at any time to close your account and delete the associated data, at the contact address above.

4. Credits and payments

The service works on credits. A final image consumes a number of credits that depends on the type and quality of the render, clearly displayed before you submit the job. When you submit a job, a 1-credit deposit is charged, covering the preview; the remaining credits are only charged when you approve the preview and the final render starts. Credits are purchased individually or in packs, at the prices displayed in the Platform at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your card details. When you create an account you may receive bonus credits, offered free of charge.

• Credits do not expire and stay in your account until you use them.
• Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• Bonus credits have no monetary value and cannot be refunded.

5. Delivery, failed jobs and refunds

If a job fails for technical reasons, the credits spent on it (the deposit and, where applicable, the credits charged on approval) are automatically returned to your account. If you do not approve the preview, no credits are charged beyond the deposit. If you have a problem with a delivered job, write to us within 14 days and we will look into it; we may re-run the render or return the credits, as appropriate.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you act as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days from the purchase of a credit pack, under Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, forunused credits. By using credits you request the immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that, for the credits used, you lose the right of withdrawal. To exercise the right of withdrawal, write to us at the contact address; we will refund the amount corresponding to the unused credits within 14 days, using the same payment method.

7. Uploaded content

You keep all rights to the 3D models and materials you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence, strictly for hosting and processing them in order to generate the requested images. You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the uploaded files and that they do not infringe the rights of third parties.

8. Delivered images

The images generated for your jobs belong to you. You can use them without restrictions, including commercially: in portfolios, presentations, sales or advertising materials, without any obligation to credit Randora.

9. Acceptable use

• Do not upload files that infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not use the Platform for illegal, harmful or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent the credit system or access other users' accounts.
• Do not resell the service as such without our written consent.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

10. Availability, warranties and liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available and the results of good quality, but automated rendering can produce variable results depending on the uploaded model. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability towards you is limited to the amounts you paid to Randora in the last 12 months and does not cover indirect damages (loss of profit, data or opportunities). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including consumer rights under Romanian law.

12. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page, with the date of the last update. For significant changes we will notify you in the Platform or by email. Continuing to use the Platform after the changes take effect means you accept them.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. If you are a consumer, you can also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
